This post is dedicated to all the A.K.A.'s around the world!

Ok since my best friend is an A.K.A. I just had to make a post about A.K.A's of course. Since she's miles away its a joy hearing about all her stories joining and becoming an A.K.A. Very proud might I add! It's a great experience for her because not only she's a member this beauty is the president also. " FLIPS HAIR".

A.K.A. has been around since 1908, it started at Howard University. It is the oldest Greek-lettered organization established by African-American college educated women. Alpha Kappa Alpha has up 260,000+ members in the United States, the U. S. Virgin Islands, the Caribbean, Canada, Japan, Germany, Korea and on the continent of Africa.

The ladies of A.K.A. are beautiful, intelligent, confident and has leadership qualities.

Vintage Fabric

Good Evening Bloggers, Fashionistas, and viewers!

This evening I decided to talk about a vintage fabric. This fabric might be friends with you or can be your worst enemy.

PLAID!!!!

Plaid is one of my all time favorite fabric. Plaid will still make fashion history years from now! I have to admit its just timeless! Plaid can make a person look upscale or won't flatter the person at all, depending on how you wear it!

The material of plaid can look amazing as blazers, shorts, pants, shirts, etc. Plaid rocks!
Mixing plaids can work as well. Bold, neon, or plain plaid will work in your closet because its an all time vintage piece! Don't be afraid of prints because maybe it can be your BFF.
